This was my worst experience and the host didn’t care and after complaining I received nothing to rectify the problems.
Positive: Nothing and I feel robbed of my money. I am a VIP on booking.com and this is by far my worst experience using booking.com with such vendors. This was a waste of my money and my families times

Toilets - broken
No toilet rolls
Towels - old and dirty

Negative: The beds especially the second bedroom. Bed needs to be changed as mattress is dipping
