Panoramic, Breathtaking Views of Burj Khalifa and Surrounds.
Positive: As the title says, mesmerising views of Burj Khalifa and the Fountain with clear views from the living room and both bedrooms. It’s truly an uninterrupted, picturesque, panoramic and breathtaking view of Downtown Dubai and partial views of the Gulf. See pictures included.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped and the facilities within the building are very good.
Dubai Mall is a short walk to indulge in retail therapy or grab essentials. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.
The team is very friendly and make sure they take care of your every need and request to provide the best stay possible.

فندق رائع أنصح فيه
Positive: إطلالة رائعة على برج خليفة دخول ذكي حيث أن غرفتي النوم إطلالة وكذلك الصالة مع وجود شرفة جميلة لاتمل من الجلوس فيها والاستمتاع بالمنظر ، الفندق قريب من دبي مول مشي على الاقدم وكذلك يوجد مسجد قريب وسوبر ماركت كارفور وهذا خياري الاول كلما ذهبت لدبي ، فندق برج رويال الطابق رقم 40 جناح 4001 وكذلك موقف للسيارة خاص
ويوجد في الشقة دورتي مياه ومطبخ متكامل وغرفة غسيل ملابس
